As founding principal of MIR International Services Inc., Mr. Arturo Alemany has more than 25 years of experience as an international business strategist and consultant for Fortune 500 companies throughout the United States, Europe and Latin America. He has consulted in a variety of areas including:

Through MIR International Services Inc., Mr. Alemany is able to facilitate bi-cultural assessments and advisement as well as offer his expertise in international contract negotiations, business planning, international investments, gaming industry relations, license and permit procurement, capital fund raising and government and regulatory representation as well as other areas.

Mr. Alemany is also the founder of two technology companies that specialize in the South American gaming industry as well as Alemany & Associates (founded in 2000), which focuses primarily on international real estate and telecommunications consulting services.

Mr. Alemany has served as the CEO of a publicly traded company, based in California. Mr. Alemany negotiated the procurement and operation of the Intel-sat network in Mexico to create Globalsat, a proud representative of Intel-sat in Mexico which serves Western Europe and the Americas. He has participated on the Board of Directors of Violy & Co., a global financial advisement firm that has completed more than $95 billion in transactions in Latin America. Prior to founding MIR International Services, Inc., Mr. Alemany worked for The National Railroad Passenger Corporation (AMTRAK), helping to develop the marketing efforts for the Southern California rail corridor between San Diego and Los Angeles.

Mr. Alemany is active in U.S. and Mexican politics and has consulted on Mexican presidential and mayoral elections as well as lead U.S. political consulting teams for the historical Mexican presidential primary election in 2000 and the 2002 California gubernatorial race. He has been a member of the U.S. - Mexico Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors in Washington, D.C., and has been honored by numerous trade organizations.
